In her own words...

For over 20 years I have worked with diverse populations, from youth to couples, women, community members, educators and corporate professionals in individual sessions, groups and retreats. Together, we cultivate
trust in the creative process as a catalyst for transformation and access to authentic power. I love
supporting people to meet their evolutionary edges and am passionate about serving the growth and
awakening process.

My sessions and program design may integrate visual journaling, play, nature, authentic movement,
inquiry, improvisation, poetry, voice, music, ritual, and energetic anatomy. Sessions are tailor made
for your unique needs, to inspire restoration and spark insight. I love designing programs to engage
creative expression, fuel positive behavioral changes, increase vitality and deepen awareness.

My clients are often ready to make a leap in their personal/universal world view. Whether in crisis,
curiosity, soul calling or in life transition, they sense that tapping their creative freedom is essential for transformation. My approach helps guide them home to themselves, to their body wisdom, seeing hearts,
and to their unique expression as an immediate path to communion with all life
